A medium to larger sized firm with offices across Sussex is looking for a company commercial solicitor to work at their Brighton office. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in company commercial work who can manage a caseload without supervision. Caseload will include merger and acquisition work, share sales and purchases, asset sales and purchases; also general corporate work, board minutes, resolutions etc. In addition - drafting and agreeing commercial contracts, such as shareholder on partnership agreements and terms and conditions of trading. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels likely to be around the 65k mark.
