An investment bank based in central London near Baker Street tube seek a fee earner to join their head of legal and assist with the workload.

Can be on a locum basis, a permanent basis or a locum to permanent basis.

The work will involve dealing with the following and more -

• NDAs,
• commercial contracts,
• confidentiality agreements,
• supplier agreements and
• terms of business etc..

Your role will be to support the head of legal in a small team. Suitable primarily for a non-qualified fee earner with a commercial or in house background or a paralegal looking to remain at that level. Salary level equivalent to 45k. Interim to permanent encouraged - the bank are looking to recruit longer term as well.

Please note that you are going to need at least 12-24 months paid legal experience in a corporate or commercial department (eg corporate finance, M&A, corporate commercial, IP, commercial litigation etc..) of a law firm to apply for this role. It is likely to suit a career paralegal, although the bank are keen on recruiting someone who has the LPC. Start date is as soon as possible - the bank are looking to fill the post with a contractor at least within the next few weeks.
