A medium sized Northamptonshire firm is looking for a wills & probate lawyer to work at their Kettering office. The firm are happy to accept applications from Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 2 to 5 years' experience of private client law. Key areas of expertise they are looking for are:
" the drafting of Wills and Trusts
" the administration of Estates and Trusts
" Lasting Powers of Attorney, both types.
" elderly and vulnerable clients including Court of Protection work.
" Inheritance Tax, including preparation and submission of returns
" Income and Capital Gains Tax, including preparation and submission of the returns

The successful candidate will be a STEP member or be willing to apply to be a full member and take whatever steps are necessary to achieve full membership.
The post will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
