A Central London law firm are looking to recruit a Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer on a permanent, full time basis to work in their busy property department. The firm are looking for candidates with 2 to 3 yrs PQE to run a general residential caseload plus new lease acquisitions for an existing corporate client. Candidates will be managing their clients workload for the next 2 years focusing on the high volume and quick turnaround the work from this client requires. Key requirements for this role are as follows:-

- 2 - 3 years Post Qualification Experience in Residential Property
- Experience in dealing with Purchases / Sales / reportages / transfer of Equity
- Experience of working in a fast paced organisation
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Be able to demonstrate confidence and self-motivation
- Attention to detail is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
