A firm based in Walsall, West Midlands, seek a commercial property and residential conveyancing solicitor to join their small practice. This is a replacement post and there is plenty of work available. The commercial property is mainly light work and includes the sale and purchase of small businesses. The firm seek someone looking to progress their career as partnership is very possibly in the medium to long term. The split of work is 50/50 com prop and res conv. Salary levels negotiable. The firm are aiming for a minimum of 2 years PQE.
