Commercial Property Solicitor in Chester
A new permanent commercial property solicitor vacancy has arisen with a
Legal 500 and Chambers Listed firm in Chester. The firm are particularly
interested in anyone coming from another city or location and looking
to live in a quieter area of the country (and cheaper if you are coming
from the South).
Despite press reports, Chester and the North West is still much cheaper to live in than most of the South and London. Wilmslow and Alderley Edge in the South Manchester area are the exceptions (the Manchester United team and ITV Cheshire wives live here!).
Chester is a beautiful city with the famous walls, Roman remains and Rows. It has good transport connections (unless you are going by train to Manchester) and North Wales is on your doorstep. Worth a weekend city break at the very least!
The firm are extremely well established - this is a solicitors practice with interesting clientele - eg SMEs, landed estates and various local institutions. Medium sized and situated in very nice centrally located offices within the city walls.
They are looking for someone with leadership qualities who would not only lead their commercial property department but have the potential to take partnership. This is a permanent salaried role.
