Conveyancing with Enfranchisement and Commercial Lease experience in East London


A new vacancy has arisen with a medium sized firm based in East London and Essex. They seek a solicitor or legal executive specifically with enfranchisement experience together with commercial leases. Likely to take up about 50% of a caseload with the remainder being standard residential conveyancing work. It will be a bonus if you can also assist with wills & probate but this is not essential. Main element is the ability to deal with the enfranchisement work. Full time permanent role. All levels of PQE considered.

The firm have offices in Walthamstow (E17) and also near to Woodford. They will consider someone working in either office.
