Residential Conveyancer, Enfield, Middlesex

An established high street solicitors firm have an opening for a conveyancer in their busy property department at their Enfield office due to retirement. The firm are looking for a solicitor or legal executive with around 2 to 3 years experience to handle a primarily residential conveyancing caseload. The firm also have an expanding commercial property department so their would be potential scope to take on some commercial work depending on the candidates preference. Ideally the firm are looking for a candidate to start around March/April time with a handover period prior to the previous conveyancer's departure in the Summer. The firm are looking to pay a maximum of £40K per annum. Vacancy 15558.
