Commercial Property Solicitor sought in Surrey

A medium sized solicitors firm based within the M25 (junction 11) and M3 (junction 2) seek a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them. The firm deal with a good number of property developers and investors and there is quite a mix of work. Mixed portfolio to include both real estate deals (developments) and also standard business sale and purchase. Not a city firm, but good amount of work available. This is a replacement post and the firm are content to wait for the right person.
This is an old, well established practice with a good reputation in the area. A lot of clients are HNW as you would probably expect, so experience handling this type of client essential.

They are looking for someone able to demonstrate confidence and ability to handle their own caseload and develop their own client base.

Salaried role with all levels of salary considered carefully. Permanent, full time role.
