Litigation Solicitor, North West London

A North West London firm of high street solicitors have an opening for a litigation solicitor at their office in Harlesdon. This is a replacement role and the firm are looking for candidates with at least 2 years in both general civil and commercial litigation. The caseload will be primarily contractual and business disputes but also will contain some probate litigation and debt recovery. The firm are looking for someone with experience in drafting commercial contracts and agreements such as shareholder agreements/loan agreements/terms and conditions and the ability to advise and assist business clients. Minimum salary £30K per annum upwards. Vacancy 15559.
