Residential Conveyancing in Hertfordshire to £45,000

A new Residential Conveyancing vacancy has arisen in Elstree, Hertfordshire. The firm are next to junction 4 of the M1 and about 2 miles from Elstree and Borehamwood station.

They seek a conveyancing lawyer. This is an expanding solicitors firm with a busy caseload seeking to expand. It is a permanent role to start asap. Salary levels will be 25k-45k depending on the candidate - there may be some flexibility with this.

You need to be able to work with very little supervision on a range of transactions. The firm acts for a number of investors, mainly residential but with a small bit of commercial.
